Chong Hin is the co-founder and CEO of Asia Insight. He has been consulted by numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Daimler Chrysler, Hewlett Packard, Samsung, Philips, amongst many others. With over 20 years’ market research and strategic marketing experience, he is instrumental to the many customer-inspired breakthroughs for his clients.
For every project, Chong Hin goes beyond the expected and inspires his clients to think-out-of-the-box to achieve fresh marketing ideas. Working in partnership with them is very much his style, and often he gets involved in the clients’ internal and brainstorming sessions, often resulting in clients fully utilising the research findings to achieve better decision-making.
Fully competent in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, he has led his consulting teams on a wide range of studies include New Product Development and Market Entry Studies, Market Segmentation and Customer Profiling, Brand Image and Brand Value Study, Pricing Study and Customer Satisfaction Study, just to name a few. He has also led several global investigation initiatives into new technologies.
Moreover, Chong Hin holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Apart from his hectic work schedule, Chong Hin makes it a point to take time out as a volunteer teacher and counsellor to young people from remote villages in third world countries.
