Our client, a US-based consulting company, felt that one of their global services, targeting large MNCs, was not well received.
The company perceived that the reason might differ by regions.

Engaging hundreds of high-level decision makers across 10 countries in 4 continents was a challenging task. No cookie-cutter approach would do!

Asia Insight pulled together a team of Consultants with a strong track record of multi-cultural studies conducted for global clients. Our team brainstormed internally and embarked on a multiple-pronged approach based on a combination of telephone, face-to-face and Online panel interviews. Working closely with individual countries ensured that the approach could be adapted to the local milieu.

To ensure consistency, the same team worked around-the-clock to tap into interviews across different time zones and bring first-hand timely findings to our client - who was pleasantly surprised by the energy and flexibility of our team.
