Asia Insight has helped numerous
clients understand customer expectations of CRM programmes
from conceptualisation to final implementation. In a recent
study, our consultants helped brainstorm ideas with target
customers, leading to several other stages of research, including
the selection of appropriate names, themes and market potential.
The final launch was overwhelmingly successful, with approximately
200,000 customers signing up for the programme.
